Overview

The Analytics tab in the macOS app shows how your twin is performing:
  • Query Volume — how many questions your twin receives over time
  • Confidence Distribution — breakdown of high/medium/low confidence answers
  • Escalation Rate — percentage of queries that get escalated
  • Top Sources — which KB articles are referenced most often
  • Platform Breakdown — queries from macOS, Telegram, Slack, CLI

Improving Your Score

  1. Run evals: bestmate eval run
  2. Identify failed questions
  3. Ingest content targeting those gaps
  4. Re-run evals to track improvement
