Usage

bestmate take <url>          # fetch a URL and analyze it

What it does

ask answers a question from your memory. take does something different: it reads a piece of content and surfaces where it aligns with or contradicts positions you already hold.

The output isn’t a summary — summaries are cheap and you can get one anywhere. It’s the part only your twin can produce: which of your recorded positions this content supports, which it cuts against, and where you’ve apparently changed your mind.

Why contradiction is the useful signal

Agreement tells you nothing you didn’t already believe. A contradiction is either a piece you should update on, or a position you should sharpen because someone credible disagrees. Both are worth your attention in a way that a summary never is.
