  3. Link your account: /auth <code> (get code from the macOS app)

Escalation Replies

When you receive an escalation notification, reply directly to the message:
  • Plain text → saved for the specific client
  • PERSONAL: answer → saved for the specific user only
  • GLOBAL: answer → saved org-wide
  • DISMISS → close without saving

  • YES → approves access
  • NO → denies access
